| Rolemaster Fanzine Issue 25 Regular price: $1.22CAD Bundle price: $0.92CAD Format: Watermarked PDF
| Welcome to Issue 25 of the Rolemaster Fanzine.
This month is Issue 25 and the first issue of our third year. The adventure presented in this issue was first published on the blog In January this year. This means that we are nearly caught up and in future instalments you will be getting genuinely new content. Not that these adventuers so far have been reprints. When I write on the blog I tend to just spew out ideas with no preparation or planning. By the time those ideas reach the fanzine I have had time to think about them more and develop the ideas. It was in A Murder of Crows that I had the first idea about the demon war.
Something else that is developing is the setting for all these adventures.
Everything we have had so far has had a slightly southern Asian feel, particularl...

| Rolemaster Fanzine Issue 26 Regular price: $1.22CAD Bundle price: $0.92CAD Format: Watermarked PDF
| Welcome to Issue 26 of the Rolemaster Fanzine.
This month is Issue 26 and is being published rather late. If you read the blog then you will know the reasons why.
As with the previous instalments parts of this adventure have been previously published as standalone adventures on the blog. This time the original is here: https://www.rolemasterblog.com/prison-break/
This month's adventure sees the rise of power of the elven demons and their spreading corruption....

| Rolemaster Fanzine Issue 27 Regular price: $1.22CAD Bundle price: $0.92CAD Format: Watermarked PDF
| This month is Issue 27 of the Rolemaster Blog Fanzine and part five of the RMu adventure path.
For a change, this episode has not been published before in any form. That does mean that your players cannot of read any of it before.
This month we start to pull some threads together and while not making things any easier for the characters we do start to lay down some clues as to what is really going on.
Outside of the adventure path I have been working on a project for a few months that I would like to tell you about. If you have ever wanted to create your own Companions then you may find them interesting....

| Rolemaster Fanzine Issue 28 Regular price: $1.22CAD Bundle price: $0.92CAD Format: Watermarked PDF
| This month is Issue 28. This month continues the RMu adventure path with the 6th episode.
The core content of this, and the next few instalments was first mooted as City of Forgotten Heroes on the Rolemaster Blog last year.
The characters' adventures in the city will play out over a couple of episodes.
I am curious how people feel about alternative endings. The premise if the Demon War is that there are two contending demons and with the players agency either one could win this war or neither could.
I can already conceive of three possible endings. I have no interest in railroading the characters and indeed a mostly non-elven party is more likely to side with the Man Demon against elven oppression and an elven party may favour the Elf Demon.
There is a definite point, possibly i...

| Rolemaster Fanzine Issue 29 Regular price: $1.22CAD Bundle price: $0.92CAD Format: Watermarked PDF
| This month is Issue 29. This month continues the RMu adventure path with the 7th episode. The core content of this, and the next few instalments was first mooted as City of Forgotten Heroes on the Rolemaster Blog last year.
This month I am going to detail the library in the centre of the city of Forgotten Heroes. This the natural starting place for the characters investigations into the city. I also set out the public orchard as a location, which is more fun than it sounds. Finally, successfully finding the ghost book in the library will lead the party to the Architect’s tower, on the edge of the orchard. This then ties the three locations together.
There is a fair chunk of this issue that is carried forward from the previous issue. The same random encounter tables are in play, ...

| Rolemaster Fanzine Issue 30 Regular price: $1.22CAD Bundle price: $0.92CAD Format: Watermarked PDF
| This month is Issue 30. This month continues the RMu adventure path with the 8th episode.
Writing this issue had the feel of a bit of a climax. It marks the end of what was originally The City of Forgotten Heroes on the RolemasterBlog but of course it is not the end of the characters adventure.
Intermittently on the blog I have been talking about a Space Master retro-clone I have been working on. It was always talked about as a one person project in as much as I wasn’t putting stuff out for public scrutiny and discussion. In September all that changed and there is an article in this months issue to bring you up to date.
We have crossed a notional milestone in RMu’s development. In the September Director’s Briefing Nicholas was talking very much about RMu bein...

| Rolemaster Fanzine Issue 31 Regular price: $1.22CAD Bundle price: $0.92CAD Format: Watermarked PDF
| Welcome to issue 31 of the RolemasterBlog Fanzine. At the time of writing, there are 62 days left of 2019 and I really hope that the team at ICE hit their target of resolving RMu this year.
I don’t think that it will happen. Mainly because at the beginning of the month Creature Law was not complete, although everything else was in Nicholas’s editing queue. It is possible that Creature Law was finished and added to the queue this month but for anyone even reading the thousand or so pages of RMu in a month is quite an endeavor but to do it at an editors level is a lot to ask. Even if all of that has happened and there were no editing changes required one has to wonder about art.
Would you put our an entirely new edition of your game and reuse art from old versions? I wouldn&...

| Rolemaster Fanzine Issue 32 Regular price: $1.22CAD Bundle price: $0.92CAD Format: Watermarked PDF
| Welcome to issue 32 of the RolemasterBlog Fanzine.
We now know that there will be no RMu in 2019. I am writing this on December 3rd we don’t have the December Directors Briefing either. It is my intention to “finish” the RMu Adventure Path this issue and then use the next few issues to expand the path outwards. By that I mean explore the roles of other playable races and add more side quests.
Right now, you have the linear path from mentor to show down. The first part of 2020 will be all about showcasing what RMu can do well by creating those side quests to emphasis specific rule sections.
The ground rules I have laid down of scalable encounters and threat levels means that any of these side quests can be played at any place in the adventure, geography allowing.

| RolemasterBlog Fanzine Issue 33 Regular price: $1.22CAD Bundle price: $0.92CAD Format: Watermarked PDF
| Welcome to issue 33 of the RolemasterBlog Fanzine.
This will be the year of RMu. I am continuing the RMu adventure path series in 2020 by expanding the setting or world building, bringing in the other humanoid races and offering more side quests. If you haven’t been playing along as each month was released, you will have the option of inserting these added adventures into the path and give more options to your players.
If you are a regular on the blog you will know that I have horses, Icelandic horses. These horses are called Fönix and Hekla. The literal translations of those names are Phoenix and Gateway to Hell. Doesn’t that just sound like an adventure waiting to happen? The phoenix is the perfect symbol to use in a January issue as well with its new year and new b...

| RolemasterBlog Fanzine Issue 34 Regular price: $1.22CAD Bundle price: $0.92CAD Format: Watermarked PDF
| Welcome to issue 34 of the RolemasterBlog Fanzine.
It is February 2020, and still no RMu.
In this issue the most exciting bit is my treatment of Dwarves in the adventure path setting. Before you get to that I have a few articles of general interest. The first is an article about AI, but I also want to look at mental health in PRGs and particular Rolemaster and accelerated development.
I have been playing with the idea of AI for a few months and thought it would make an interesting topic. It is also a project that is going to take a long time to complete because of the resources required. This will become a recurring theme....

| RolemasterBlog Fanzine Issue 35 Regular price: $1.22CAD Bundle price: $0.94CAD Format: Watermarked PDF
| Welcome to issue 35 of the RolemasterBlog Fanzine.
This month is the final (probably) part of the RMu Adventure Path. In addition, I have some Elven centered side quests, including lots of demons and an interesting encounter with a dragon, and who doesn't love a dragon in fantasy RPGs? I also present an interesting magic weapon and an update on my AI project.
Next month will be the 3rd Anniversary of the fanzine, so lookout for a special issue!...

| RolemasterBlog Fanzine Issue 36 Regular price: $1.86CAD Bundle price: $1.40CAD Format: Watermarked PDF
| Welcome to issue 36 of the RolemasterBlog Fanzine.
It is April 2020, and the fanzine is 3 years old.
On my desk, well not really on my desk but you know what I mean, I have three adventures written by three different authors that all want RMC/RM2 and RMFRP/RMSS stats and conversions.
This is not about a growing interest in Rolemaster, I wish that it was, it is the result of me running around like a devil and offering to do the conversions for no upfront costs. I take a royalty on each copy sold, knowing full well that we are only talking about a handful of copies.
It is not about the money, it is about having a constant stream of new adventures for people who do want to play Rolemaster.
This issue is of course being written in the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic. I am witnessing a...
